Lulebo AB is Luleå's own housing company with the mission to offer attractive and accessible housing for everyone. We create safe and pleasant living environments in areas where people want to live and reside. With 7,750 rental apartments, over 1,000 student housing units, approximately 325 apartments in assisted living, and 165 commercial premises, we are an important part of shaping Luleå's future.
There is a lot happening in Luleå and Norrbotten, especially related to extensive industrial investments. Lulebo plays a central role in enabling continued community development. To meet the needs, we are taking a more proactive position to facilitate the development and construction of more housing. At the same time, an exciting development journey is underway within Lulebo. Over the coming years, we will recruit more and complement with new competencies to meet the changes and growth in Luleå and the region.

About the position As a communicator at Lulebo, you will play a central role in ensuring coherent and effective communication both internally and externally. You will work in a communication team with a Content Designer to plan and implement communication projects as well as develop informational materials and communication related to tenants, internal and other stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally in an organization that is in a development phase, with ongoing work to strengthen, structure, and further develop communication.
Your main responsibilities:
Project manage internal and external communication projects, from idea and implementation to evaluation and follow-up, in an organization where working methods and structures are under development.
Work in the communication team to ensure that all communication is coherent and effective.
Manage communication related to tenants, such as developing informational materials, newsletters, and tenant events.
Drive improvements in communication processes and tools to increase efficiency and clarity in communication.
Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure clear, consistent, and purposeful communication.
Be responsible for ordering and coordinating external services as needed and ensuring they are delivered according to requirements and agreements.
About you: We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and collaborative, with a good ability to adapt working methods and priorities in an organization where structures and processes are under development. You have a good ability to formulate and convey messages both in writing and verbally and work effectively in teams. You serve as a support and sounding board in various communication matters. To succeed in the role, you are proactive, have a high communicative ability, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Competencies and experiences:
Relevant education or experience in communication or a similar field.
Several years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
Meritorious:
Experience in project managing communication initiatives from communication plan to evaluation.
Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English.
Experience working in the real estate industry.
